• Details you give us: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order and message contents.
• Payment details, handled by our payment provider — we never see full card numbers.
• Technical data: device, browser and pages visited — analytics only with your consent.

• Lovable Cloud — account and newsletter storage and website services.
• Stripe — payment processing, payment security and fraud prevention.
• Delivery and fulfilment providers — contact and delivery details needed to fulfil an order. The provider depends on the order.
• Google — only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies.

We do not sell your personal data. Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Provider locations and the applicable UK transfer mechanism must be verified for the services used; contact us for information about a transfer and any safeguards. This notice does not confirm a safeguard that has not been checked.

6. Data retention

Retention depends on the purpose: order and accounting records for applicable legal recordkeeping periods; support messages for resolving the enquiry and relevant claims; newsletter details until consent is withdrawn or they are no longer needed. You can withdraw newsletter consent by emailing us. Any limited suppression record is retained only as needed to respect an opt-out. Basket, wishlist and cookie choices are stored on your device until you clear them or the relevant storage is replaced; cookie choices currently have no automatic expiry. Account records remain until deletion is requested, subject to lawful retention needs. Actual deletion schedules, including provider-held copies and backups, still need to be confirmed.

7. Your privacy rights (United Kingdom)

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful identity checks and permitted extensions for complex or multiple requests. We will explain any applicable extension.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to help first.

9. Data security

The site and checkout use encrypted connections, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it.

Automated decisions

Payment providers may use automated fraud checks. If an order is declined or flagged, contact us to ask about the decision and your available rights. We do not claim to operate another profiling or automated decision-making programme.
